The FAT-E (Fast Access Tourniquet – Extra-Lite) pouch is designed for open carry and rapid access to a tourniquet. Its low-profile design allows the holder to be mounted on a plate carrier, battle belt, tactical gear, or other equipment, ensuring the tourniquet is always readily accessible.

The pouch is compatible with CAT, SOF®TT-W, SICH, and other similar tourniquets equipped with a strap and retaining clip. A dual-retention system combining an elastic shock cord and an integrated Velcro panel securely holds the tourniquet in place during movement while allowing for rapid deployment when needed.

Once the elastic retention loop is released, the tourniquet automatically transitions into a semi-deployed position and remains secured by the Velcro panel. This enables faster application while preventing contact with the ground or contaminated surfaces. The pouch is manufactured from impact-resistant PETG plastic and supports multiple mounting options depending on the selected configuration.
