Public offer agreement

1. General Provisions

1.1. This Public Offer is an official proposal by the online store “tacmed” (hereinafter — “Seller”) to conclude a distance sales contract (hereinafter — “Agreement”) for the purchase of goods through the online store available at TacMed — тактична медицина та медичне спорядження (hereinafter — “Website”).

1.2. The moment of full and unconditional acceptance of this offer (acceptance) by the Buyer shall be deemed the fact of payment for the order under the terms, prices, and conditions specified on the Website.

2. Definitions

2.1. The following terms are used in this Agreement:

“Goods” — tactical medicine products, first aid kits, backpacks, gear, and other items offered on the Website.

“Online Store” — a digital platform created in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On E-Commerce” for presenting and selling goods through electronic transactions.

“Seller” — the business entity that sells the goods listed on the Website.

“Buyer” — a natural person who has entered into an Agreement with the Seller under this offer.

“Order” — the Buyer’s selection and submission of goods via the Website, followed by payment.

3. Subject of the Agreement

3.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer the goods into the Buyer’s ownership, and the Buyer undertakes to pay for and accept the goods under the terms of this Agreement.

3.2. The Agreement governs:

• voluntary selection of goods by the Buyer;
• independent order placement;
• order payment;
• processing, packing, and delivery of goods to the Buyer.

4. “Payment in Parts” Service

4.1. The online store TacMed — тактична медицина та медичне спорядження provides Monobank clients the option to purchase goods with installment payments.

4.2. The total cost of the goods is divided into three equal payments with no interest.

4.3. The service is available for orders from UAH 1000 and above.

4.4. Terms may vary depending on the product category.

5. Order Placement Procedure

5.1. The Buyer may order any goods available on the Website.

5.2. The quantity of goods per order is not limited.

5.3. If the goods are out of stock, the Seller will notify the Buyer by phone or email.

5.4. The Buyer may replace the goods with similar ones or cancel the order.

6. Payment Procedure

6.1. Payment can be made by one of the following methods:

• cash on delivery (in UAH);
• online payment via WayForPay;
• bank transfer to the Seller’s account;
• “Payment in Parts” via Monobank.

6.2. In case of non-receipt of funds, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order.

7. Delivery Terms

7.1. Delivery is carried out by transport companies Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, by courier (where available), or self-pickup.

7.2. The Buyer receives accompanying documents in accordance with Ukrainian law (invoice, receipt, etc.).

8. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

The Seller has the right to:

suspend service provision if the Buyer violates the Agreement terms.

The Seller shall:

ensure product quality and timely delivery.

The Buyer has the right to:

place orders, conclude an electronic Agreement, and demand fulfillment of its terms.

The Buyer shall:

timely pay for and receive the goods.

9. Liability of the Parties

9.1. The Parties are liable for failure to fulfill or improper fulfillment of the Agreement under Ukrainian law.

9.2. The Seller shall not be liable for:

• changes in appearance or specifications of the goods made by the manufacturer;
• minor color differences due to screen display variations;
• delivery delays beyond the Seller’s control;
• accuracy of information provided by the Buyer during checkout;
• disclosure of login data by the Buyer to third parties.

9.3. In the event of force majeure circumstances, both Parties are released from liability.

9.4. Any disputes shall be resolved through negotiation.

10. Miscellaneous

10.1. The Seller may amend this Agreement unilaterally by publishing the updated version on TacMed — тактична медицина та медичне спорядження.

10.2. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.

10.3. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to the processing of personal data under the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection.”

10.4. Browsing the Website does not create financial obligations unless an order is placed.

11. Return Policy

11.1. Returns of goods in proper condition are accepted within 14 days from receipt, in accordance with Ukrainian law.

11.2. Return costs are borne by the Buyer if the goods are of proper quality.

11.3. In case of defects or discrepancies, return shipping costs are covered by the Seller.

11.4. Refunds are issued after the Seller receives the returned goods.

12. Duration of the Agreement

12.1. The electronic Agreement is deemed concluded once the Buyer completes payment.

12.2. The Agreement may be terminated by mutual consent before the goods are delivered.

12.3. The Seller may grant rights to use the TacMed — тактична медицина та медичне спорядження platform to other entrepreneurs or legal entities for goods distribution, in compliance with Ukrainian law.
