Our lightest (yet extremely secure) platform pouch for tourniquets and tourniquets. The Fast Access Tourniquet is a low-profile holder for instant tourniquet access that attaches exactly where you need it: to a pocket, a sling, a utility belt, or even a car sun visor.

Specifically designed for CAT-style tourniquets, the holder uses a dual retention system: an elastic shock cord (bungee) and a built-in Velcro interface.

How it works in combat or on call: You release the elastic loop, and the tourniquet opens downward under the force of gravity. The built-in Velcro catches it, holding it in a semi-open, ready-to-apply position, rather than dropping it in the dirt or on the ground. This staging area makes it much easier to apply the tourniquet yourself with one hand.
