Medical wipe made of non-woven material, impregnated with a solution of chlorhexidine gluconate, hermetically packed in an individual bag.

Purpose:
- as a means of personal hygiene for cleaning hands from dirt and disinfecting the skin at home and when traveling, as well as in any conditions where access to other methods of hand cleaning is limited;
- for antimicrobial treatment of the skin before and after injections;
- for treating small skin lesions and preventing infection of small wounds;
- for disinfecting instruments and devices.

Indications for use.
Treatment of wounds and skin in case of bleeding, burns, prevention of wound infections, local therapy of trophic ulcers and bedsores, treatment of skin lesions and other surfaces for the purpose of disinfection. Purulent-septic processes, disinfection of microtraumas (wounds, scratches, burns). Wipes can be used for the prevention of sexually transmitted diseases (syphilis, gonorrhea, trichomoniasis).

Instructions for use:
If it is necessary to carry out therapeutic actions, namely - disinfection of microtraumas, wound surfaces of the skin during bleeding, scratches, burns, removal of dirt around the wound, skin treatment before and after injections or cleaning and disinfection of hands, etc., it is necessary:
- Tear the bag, remove the wipe;
- Carry out certain therapeutic or disinfecting actions. For example: In case of microtraumas, treat the skin around the wound with a wipe with a 0.05% chlorhexidine solution, then apply a new wipe with a 0.05% chlorhexidine solution to the wound and fix it with a bandage or plaster.
- After finishing, throw away the used wipe and throw open packages (bags) into a container for medical waste.

Disposal of wipes must be carried out in accordance with current legislation in accordance with the requirements of DSTU 4462.3.01:2006 "Nature Protection. Waste Management. Procedure for Performing Operations".

Contraindications. Individual hypersensitivity to chlorhexidine gluconate. Tendency to allergic reactions and allergic diseases, dermatitis, viral skin diseases.
