The SHLYAKH pelvic binder is used for providing pre-medical care in cases of suspected pelvic fracture. This allows a single universal device to be available and successfully applied both for assisting petite women and large men or individuals with excess weight.

The SHLYAKH pelvic binder is the lightest and most compact pelvic immobilisation device among the most widely used counterparts in the world. This was made possible through the use of a 100 mm wide strap and an innovative buckle with a 105 mm slot that evenly distributes pressure across its entire surface.

The buckle design effectively distributes the applied force across the entire strap surface and prevents sagging at its edges, reducing the risk of missing the greater trochanters.

The SHLYAKH binder is designed for effective single-person application, eliminating the need for additional personnel. This allows rapid pelvic immobilisation in critical situations where time and human resources are limited.
