The PAX tactical foldable stretcher is designed as a compact evacuation tool for situations where mobility, rapid deployment, and minimal equipment weight are essential. The construction is engineered to allow casualty transport not only by carrying but also by dragging, enabling effective operation even by a single person.

The lower section of the stretcher is reinforced for drag mode, and the included 3-metre tow loop allows casualty evacuation from a danger zone even under difficult conditions. When folded, the stretcher takes up minimal space and is carried in a compact bag with MOLLE attachment, simplifying integration with existing equipment.
