Bronyx Class 6 ballistic plates are designed to provide maximum protection and are built to withstand high-velocity armour-piercing threats. They are capable of stopping multiple hits from 7.62х54 mm rounds, including armour-piercing incendiary variants (B-32, 7B3-323), and provide protection against all lower threat classes under DSTU 8782:2018.

The plate construction combines a ceramic layer of silicon carbide (SiC) with a ultra-high-molecular-weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) backing. The ceramic defeats and stops the penetrating element of the projectile, while the polyethylene base absorbs residual energy and distributes the load, reducing the risk of penetration and secondary injuries. The plates additionally provide protection against fragments, ricochets, and shrapnel. The Shooter's Cut shape with bevelled corners improves mobility and does not restrict arm movement, while the anatomical R400 curve (400 mm radius) ensures a closer fit to the body and comfort during extended wear.
