The North American Rescue Marine Assault Kit™ meets the unique and specific requirements of the Naval Expeditionary Combat Command for a small, effective IFAK. Our most compact IFAK has all the tools to mitigate the three leading causes of non-lethal combat deaths (60% extremity hemorrhage / 33% tension pneumothorax / 6% airway obstruction).
The modular system can be attached to the operator in three ways:

• Use the height-adjustable connector and Quick-Grip™ knife strap
• PALS/MOLLE style webbing to attach to vest/body armor
• Attach webbing/pistol to the belt using a quick-weave method.
• The webbing and leg straps can be removed and attached as needed to provide maximum flexibility in configuring the load cart.
